I am a great fan of all kinds of Russian Cinema especially war.This new movie did not disappoint with some terrific action sequences and special effects.The acting and camera shots were excellent and some interesting scenes showing the inside of the tank were good.I would give it full 5 stars but one is knocked off because the film does have a touch of Hollywood gloss about it which is a great shame because for me the lack of this glamour is what I have always loved about Russian Cinema.I hope this is not the beginning of the Hollywood Syndrome infecting future Russian and Eastern European movies as they really do not need it and it will spoil their uniqueness.Maybe I am over critical because Invincible really is a good enjoyable film of a true heroic action by Russian tankers which if you like foreign subtitled films you will enjoy it too.
