Just wanted to give my opinion this hotel gets 5 stars from me the room was awesome the view was fantastic and the hospitality/staff there get a A+ from me but please give PRISCILLA at the front desk a raise! This is truly unexcceptable and i intend to report this to the health department. She is awesome I booked 3 rooms that got transferred from Planet Hollywood to Paris and during the transfer I guess 1 room was canceled & when I got to see PRISCILLA she fixed it in a heart beat! !I called before check in and was told that resort fee is not going to charge but when we checked I mentioned about resort fee she rudely said “No it’s a charger and can’t be all free”!” In a rudely sound and very unhelpful so I asked her name was and she said Fatima and she start asking what is the reason, I asked to speak to a manger to explain what was I told and she kept interrupting me while I’m talking to a manager..Very rude and unprofessional. !I called before check in and was told that resort fee is not going to charge but when we checked I mentioned about resort fee she rudely said “No it’s a charger and can’t be all free”!” In a rudely sound and very unhelpful so I asked her name was and she said Fatima and she start asking what is the reason, I asked to speak to a manger to explain what was I told and she kept interrupting me while I’m talking to a manager..Very rude and unprofessional.
